Aug 06, 2016 I'd just like to mention that today I got the game to work despite what Steam says about it being downloaded. Simply went to the directory and clicked on the exe file. Steam to reports its downloading and is at 99%. Steam, or Valve, did reply to me concerning support but after 2 replies they gave up and failed to reply to any other emails. I've turned off every firewall on my router, my system and even un-installed my virus/protection software. I've cancelled all add-ons, such as adblock etc, I've even searched through every forum there is on this issue, and there seems to be no solution.
